Deepti comes with 16 years of experience in learning and development and has handled multiple roles in Training, Consulting and Stakeholder management. She brings in learning insights from multiple industries and enables participants to choose key action points that can increase their results quotient.
She began her career to support the organization for an international project. She has worked towards building competence in the space of organizational learning capability and has worked as a consultant for Management and Leadership interventions. She has delivered programs across levels for Pharma, Chemical, Hospitals, BFSI, Technology, Telecom, Media, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics and Real Estate companies. She has trained participants in Mauritius, Egypt, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
